This event is open to current Ph.D. students and recent Ph.D. alumni from all departments and faculties in the LSE and to all members of the British Federation of Women Graduates. The event is open to both men and women. The panel discussion will be followed by an informal networking event. Pre-registration is essential.
This will be of interest to present doctoral students and recent graduates. It covers career development through teaching and via research plus the role of others in developmental networks. It will highlight important considerations in today’s careers in academia and will offer advice and tips for career progression. Attendees should come armed with questions. There will be an opportunity for networking after the formal proceedings
