This initiative aims to address the fragmentation of digital education policies and practices in the EU. <\/p>\n<p>For European higher education, this means increased mobility of students and staff, better recognition of qualifications and periods of study, access to better educational services, support for innovation and diversity, as well as efficiency and cost savings.
