This preliminary Conference agenda is being sent to National Federations and Associations (NFAs) six months before the date of the General Assembly and Conference.
According to the Constitution of GWI, (Art V (11), the membership has until mid-April to comment and suggest items for inclusion on the agenda. The final agenda will be sent out in late-May, two months before the General Assembly. No further items may be placed on the Agenda except by decision of the General Assembly in matters of urgency or by two-thirds majority of the members of the General Assembly entitled to vote and voting.
Items for inclusion in the agenda may be submitted by NFAs to reach the GWI office no later than 23 May 2019 (four months before the date of the Conference).

It is anticipated that time will be taken up, as usual, in discussions of the proposed policy, internal and constitutional resolutions, during the first two full days of the General Assembly and possibly Day 4 if required. All sessions will be open for all financial members to speak according to the Rules of Procedure for Face to Face Meetings of GWI General Assembly which are attached It is to be hoped that as many members as possible will attend the General Assembly, so that your voices can be heard.
